The service standard of Maxwell is extremely high but was not visible throughout the instore communication which was mainly focussed on price communication.
Within the formula of the shop there were enough opportunities to tell the story of Maxwell. Via instore speech bubbels ‘Maxwell’ answers to customers questions. The approach for ‘the tone of voice’ is friendly and service related. Price communication is still dominant but in a more structured frequency.
The ‘talking’store; a dialoge in a speech bubble format throughout all the communication layers within the store.
